Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable, however they are transferrable. If you would like to transfer a ticket reach out with your name and the name of the guest you would like to transfer it to.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, all attendees must be 18+ unless otherwise noted. IDs will be checked upon arrival. 21+ guests ordering alcohol must present an ID when ordering.

Yes! We make sure all of our events are held in venues with wheelchair access. If you have any specific concerns, Contact Us!

Is there a dress code?

Our events have a high fantasy and formal dress code. We welcome all interpretations of the events’ themes. No fake/real weapons are allowed.

Will there be food and alcohol?

Each event will have food. Most event tickets include two drink tickets and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. 21+ guests must present an ID to receive their drink tickets and order at the bar.

Will discounted tickets be available?

We do our best to price tickets as affordably as we can with the experience enhancements that are included in your ticket. Because of this, we will very rarely offer discounts on tickets.
